Congress is trying extremely hard to prove that the party and its leader has lost the plot. Defeat and the loss of power is not something that Congress has not handled well, historically. When Indira Gandhi was held guilty of employing unconstitutional methods during polls and barred from contesting elections, she had proceeded to impose emergency, just so she could change the constitution and continue to retain power.
Recently, a desperate Congress President even declared that Congress is a ‘Muslim party’ and was almost apologetic for his temple run in an attempt to peddle ‘soft Hindutva’. The party then followed that up with Kamal Nath writing a letter to Lord Shiva to help MP defeat BJP.
Modi’s win and Congress’ rejection by the people was an obvious insult to the Dynasty. A “mere chaiwallah” defeated the great dynasty and they are now in a mode, where the ‘Chaiwallah’ has to be defeated by hook or by crook.
After toying with national security, creating caste and religious divides in the society, breaking Hindus up, shaking hands with Maoists and radical Islamic outfits like PFI and other shenanigans, they have finally discovered a new low.
Nawaz Sharif, the ex-Prime Minister of Pakistan has been arrested in Pakistan on corruption charges. Alluring the Prime Minister Modi’s state visit to Pakistan in a bid to develop better ties with the neighbouring country, Congress tweeted that Sharif’s “Dear Friend” Modi should now comment on the arrest.

Congress has in the past asked Modi to be held answerable for their own sins. Whether it was the Nirav Modi and Mehul Choksi scan that landed squarely at the Congress’ doorstep and put P Chidambaram’s 20:80 Gold Scheme in the dock, or the Vijay Mallya fiasco, where they asked Modi to answer for loans that were provided during the Congress regime.
It is now hilarious that the Congress party has taken their delusions international, and wants the Prime Minister to be answerable for corruption committed by the Prime Minister of another country.
While the proposition is hilarious, the mentality behind this proposition is equally dangerous. Congress seems to be willing to undermine the country, in their bid to undermine Modi. The Prime Minister was in Pakistan as the Prime Minister of India’s capacity. In fact, Modi is often blamed by the opposition for taking a muscular approach to Pakistan without caring much about “dialogue” and “people to people contact”. When few instances Modi did try to develop better ties with the Terror state in order to dissuade them from using terror as a state policy, Congress uses it to hold Modi responsible for Sharif’s gaffes and brands him Sharif’s “good friend”, thereby trying to establish guilt by association.
This dichotomy and Congress’ cheap jibe was not missed by Netizens either.

Minister Giriraj Singh too lashed out at the Congress. He said that there are a few people who are out on bail and some would be heading to jail soon, probably alluding to Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Shashi Tharoor and a host of others.
