India issued a befitting reply to Pakistan PM Imran Khan’s tweet on Jammu and Kashmir yesterday, adding that Pakistan should be more interested in its own issues than India’s, according to reports.
Obediently toeing Pakistan’s army line, Imran Khan on 22nd October, tweeted about ‘’ new cycle of killings of innocent Kashmiris’’ and referred J&K, which is an integral part of India as IOK or India Occupied Kashmir. This tweet had come hours after reports about the killing of civilians in South Kashmir emerged. Reportedly, killed ones had gone to visit bodies of slain Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists, after Security forces completed operation, where the unused explosives of terrorists went off. He also raised old rants about UNSC Kashmir resolution.

India’s ministry of external affairs spokesperson Raveesh Kumar termed the tweet by Imran Khan as ‘regrettable’. He further came down heavily and admonished Pakistan, and asked first to curb cross-border terrorism to India and glorification of terrorists.

In September, when India had cancelled proposed talks with Pakistan on the eve of UNGA summit, after terrorist attacks in Kashmir, Imran Khan in his tweet at taken an indirect dig at PM Modi and had called him a ‘small man in big office’.
The stern reply to Pakistan comes after reports of unsuccessful infiltration attempt by BAT soldiers of Pakistan in J&K Sunderbani, in which three Indian soldiers are reported to have attained martyrdom.
Pakistan is currently facing a severe cash crunch. and reaching out to IMF and other countries to bail out the country from financial crisis.
