PM Modi trains guns at the Dynasty: Here is what he said in his Ajmer rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched his campaigning for poll-bound states with a rally in Rajasthan’s Ajmer. In his blistering speech, the Prime Minister attacked the Congress leadership for resorting to vote bank politics. “On one side there is the politics of vote-bank, and on the other side, you have a government which works with the belief of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’. While others believe in breaking society, dividing society, we believe in uniting society and working with all, for the benefit of all”, he said.

PM Modi went on to attack the Congress and Rahul Gandhi for ‘mocking’ the Army personnel. In his speech, he said, “There would be no Indian who would not be proud of our jawans and the surgical strike they conducted. But look at Congress. They even mocked our jawans”.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was addressing a public rally in Ajmer on Saturday to mark the completion of Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje’s state-wide ‘Gaurav Yatra’, which began in August ahead of the Assembly elections. Rajasthan CM Raje had begun this yatra from Charbhujanath temple in Rajsamand district, which had attracted a lot of people across the state.

PM Modi in his speech requested the people to vote for the BJP in coming elections, “Today after 60 years the country has got a direction, do not give them (Congress) a chance to look here again”. He further questioned the Congress for its inability to fight the election on facts and accused them of indulging in lies and abuse.

PM Modi highlighted the need for a strong opposition in the country and said that Congress not only failed as a government in the last 60 years but also it has failed as Opposition.

“In a healthy democracy, a strong opposition is needed. But, we have a set of people who not only failed in Government for 60 long years but also have failed as an Opposition. He went on to accuse the Congress leadership of working to serve one family and said he is not surprised to see they do not have time to serve people as they are busy serving the first family of the Congress,” said the PM.

Prime Minister thrashed Congress for indulging in vote bank politics since the country’s independence. “This vote-bank politics is not just restricted to elections, but it destroys the entire system. Please don’t let such people get into any corner of the country”, the Prime Minister said.

Along with the Prime Minister, BJP chief Amit Shah will also campaign in Madhya Pradesh and meet party workers during his visit to the state. Amit Shah visited Indore today where he will meet party workers from Indore and Ujjain regions and will visit Gwalior on October 9 to meet party workers.
