It is alleged Robert Vadra has close links with arms dealers. One of his close associate Sanjay Bhandari had tried to partner with Dassault Aviation. But Dassault had refused his offer after learning about Bhandari’s association with Vadra.
Robert Vadra is also under investigation in a money laundering case related to a land deal. It is alleged that Vadra had “fraudulently” acquiring land in Bikaner meant for rehabilitation of poor villagers through his company Sky Light Hospitality Pvt Ltd. ED had sent two summoned to Vadra to appear before them, but he had ignored both the summons. ED issued the third summons today which was also ignored by Robert Vadra.
Earlier Vadra had said that the summons of ED is‘ political witch-hunts’ and said that the investigation agencies have an agenda to tarnish his reputation.
