According to the reports, the Delhi police has registered an FIR against Pro-AAP blogger Avi Dandiya under IPC section 465 and 469 after he had published a fake video claiming it to be a conversation between Home Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP President Amit Shah and an unidentified woman. In the video, it could be heard that three people discussing a ‘plot’ for the terror attack which claimed the lives of 44 CRPF soldiers on February 14.

Avi Dandiya, who often associates with another pro-AAP blogger and fake news propagandist Dhruv Rathee, was caught spreading a fake audio clip on Pulwama attack, claiming that the Pulwama attack was an inside job. The video, which is deleted now, was with over a million and was also picked up by various Pakistani websites to use against India.

Shockingly, Avi Dandhiya had carried out a poll on Twitter just before he released the fake audio clip, asking his followers whether Pulwama attack was an inside job or an ‘outside job’.

The audio clip was created by taking parts of old interviews/audio clips of politicians and using them out of context to make it appear like a conversation.

Dandiya had also been mainstreamed by pro-AAP video blogger Dhruv Rathee who invited him on a debate on demonetisation. Dandiya regularly collaborates with Rathee to spread propaganda through videos.
