The importance of Yoga is being recognised not only by our Indian Armed forces but many people all across India are accepting and adopting the benefits of the physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.

The UN headquarters had organised the Yoga Day on the ground outside, but due to rains, it was moved to the magnificent General Assembly hall inside.
