On the intervening night of January 15-January 16, Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was attacked at his home with a knife, and suffered serious injuries. The actor suffered 6 wounds and had to be rushed to Lilavati Hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
As per reports, the attacker is suspected to be related to one of the house helps at Saif Ali Khan’s home, who also gave him entry into the actor’s home. The Police are currently questioning the said house help.
Earlier, while commenting about the incident, the Police said, “An unidentified person intruded in the residence of Actor Saif Ali Khan. The actor and the intruder had a scuffle. The actor is injured and is being treated. Investigation is going on.”
The 54-year-old Bollywood star is said to be out of danger.
