In an unfortunate incident, 2 Indian soldiers were killed in the Bandipore district of Jammu & Kashmir after a truck in which they were traveling rolled down hill. 5 others were left injured in the accident.
The incident took place when the Army truck lost control while negotiating a sharp curve and rolled down the hill.
The soldiers were rushed to the hospital after the accident where 2 of them unfortunately succumbed to the injuries.
This is not the first incident of an accident involving an Army vehicle in recent days. Earlier, on December 24, 2024, an Army vehicle plunged into a gorge leaving 5 dead and 5 others injured.
