“Mera paar wala wo musalmaan mulk(Pak)hai,wo abaad rahay, woh kamyaab rahe, hamari aur unki dosti badhe, Pakistan aur Hindustan ki dosti aapas mein rahe, uss dosti ka mai aashiq hun…Agar unko koi aik gali dega mai unko yahan se dass galiyan de dunga,” Lone said to a cheering crowd.

Adding that the nation across is a Muslim country and he wishes it flourishes and reaches new heights and out friendship grows. “I am a fan of the India-Pakistan friendship. If anyone abuses them, I will abuse them back ten times more,” Lone said.

Earlier, in February 2018 too Akbar Lone had shouted ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ slogan in Jammu & Kashmir assembly. His pro-Pakistan slogan back then was in response to anti-Pakistan slogan raised by BJP leader in the assembly following a suicide attack on army camp in Sujwan, Jammu. Even then, Omar Abdullah had refused to apologise.
