A video is in circulation, reports say, where a terrorist is saying that the slain terrorist planned to carry out a suicide bombing as it lowers the morale of the security forces. He also says that suicide attacks should be adopted going forward as when militants are surrounded by security forces, the latter doesn’t incur too much damage. Therefore, suicide bombing is the way going forward. he also says that Islam permits him to do this.

In the context of the video, it appears the security forces have foiled another heinous terror bid by JeM. The Pulwama Terror Attack which resulted in the death of over 40 CRPF soldiers was a suicide attack as well. Earlier today, an audio clip of Maulana Ammar, brother of the wanted terrorist Mashood Azhar, has surfaced where he can be heard urging his followers to wage Jihad against India.
