In an appalling act, two men, Mohammed Irfan and Mohammed Ghouse murdered a man, one Saddam, and brought along his severed head to the police station to surrender themselves.

Reportedly, the horrific incident occurred on Saturday evening in Nampally block of Nalgonda district of Telangana. Two youths – Mohammed Irfan and Mohammed Ghouse arrived at Nampally police station with one of them holding a severed head in one hand and a sickle in the other.

According to police, the severed head is that of a 28 year old autorickshaw driver Saddam. He was beheaded by the duo with a sickle used to cut coconuts. A case has been registered.

The police investigations revealed that Irfan and Ghouse murdered Saddam to avenge the death of a woman, whom they considered their sister.  Reportedly, the woman, who was a widow, was taken to Hyderabad by Saddam some years ago. In 2017, the woman was later found dead under suspicious circumstances. The duo had blamed Saddam for the death of the woman they considered their sister.
