Earlier today, Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, had alleged that the Congress had bowed down to the RSS.

The Left has been an ideological supporter of the Congress party since decades. The conflict regarding Abhishek Manu Singhvi’s nomination appears to be a case of friendly fire in a state where the CPI(M) earlier enjoyed complete domination over its opponents. The TMC had earlier announced their support to Abhishek Singhvi for the Rajya Sabha election.
