Responding to this tweet, Bagga had tweeted that Dr Jwala had lost the case in high court, and challenged Shehla to prove her allegations. The court order had mentioned that no allegation of any kind harassment was made by Dr Jwala, therefore the sections mentioned in the complaint does not apply. The complaint was also made under section 66(A) of Information technology act, which was already quashed by Supreme Court, therefore that was also non-maintainable.

Despite being informed about these facts, Shehla refused to take back her allegation, arguing that there was an allegation was against Tajinder Bagga, and it does matter if it was found to be false by a court of law.

Following the tweets by Shehla, Tajinder decided to reveal his side of the story and refute the allegations against him. On 27th October, he had uploaded a video on Youtube, which also included his interactions with Jwala.

In the notice sent by Bagga, Shehla has been asked to delete her tweets making the allegations, furnish a written apology, stop making allegations against Bagga, and pay ₹1 (one) towards civil defamation compensation. The notice mentions that Shehla is a student studying on taxpayers’ money hence it will not be proper to demand higher amoung from her.
