‘Journalists’ of the Congress ecosystem raise a stink about Modi govt’s 10% reservation for the poor

How Media reacted to BJP's 10% reservation for the poor

In a historic move just ahead of the Lok Sabha elections, the Narendra Modi-led NDA government has decided to give ten per cent reservation in jobs and higher education for those belonging to the poor.

The reservation which was approved by the Union cabinet today will not disturb the existing 50 per cent reservation. Reportedly, the Union government will amend Articles 15 and 16, which has provisions against discrimination and equal opportunity to implement the new reform.

The new ‘surgical strike’ conducted by the Narendra Modi government to provide reservations for existing unreserved people has been receiving a resounding welcome. The historic decision by the Narendra Modi government seems to have hurt some members of the Congress supported Lutyens ecosystem, as they have already begun propagating false narrative pertaining to the new reform.

The Lutyens cabal that often expresses fake empathy towards the poor and downtrodden when it chooses their convenience has now been citing caste dynamics and poll arithmetic as the reason behind this historic decision. ‘Journalists’ of the Congress ecosystem who often indulge in fake narrative propagation are now perplexed after Prime Minister Modi surprised them with a positive narrative.

Barkha Dutt, one of the oldest serving member of the Lutyens cabal rushed to pass her judgements regarding the new reservation policy. She first called it an ‘upper caste’ reservation and called it unconstitutional despite the fact that the new policy is yet to face judicial scrutiny.

The move for 10% reservations is likely to woo back people from the Upper Castes who had deserted the party. Their support will be absolutely essential to secure a victory in the elections this year.
