SC stays MP High Court order reinstating judge who urinated on train berth, calls his behaviour ‘the gravest form of misconduct’

The Supreme Court stayed a High Court order reinstating a Madhya Pradesh judge fired for "disgusting" misconduct. In 2018, the officer allegedly urinated on a train berth while intoxicated. The apex court labeled his actions the "gravest form of misconduct."
