The ceasefire between Iran and Israel, brokered by Donald Trump, is under strain as missile strikes continue. Iran denies recent attacks, but civilian deaths in Israel raise doubts. Trump’s Nobel ambitions face setbacks, while Pakistan controversially nominates him for the peace prize.
Trump had said in 2018, "We no longer pay Pakistan the $Billions because they would take our money and do nothing for us, Bin Laden being a prime example, Afghanistan being another. They were just one of many countries that take from the United States without giving anything in return. That’s ENDING!"
Soon after the ceasefire was agreed upon by both nations, Pakistan violated it and initiated fresh round of attacks on several cities in India across the Line of Control (LoC).
"At around 11.00 AM today, 11th May, Raksha Mantri Rajnath Singh will virtually inaugurate the BrahMos Aerospace Integration and Testing Facility in Lucknow," the post by Defence Minister's Office said.
According to the local residents of Karachi, the city was put under 'blackout' after rumours of Indian Air Force fighter jets went close to Karachi and other parts of Sindh.
