Initially, the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II in Palakkad had issued bailable warrants for Baba Ramdev and Balkrishna to appear on 1st February. However, their failure to attend court prompted escalation in the matter, and the judge issued non-bailable warrants against the two.
Moreover, the affidavit stated that on the 16th of April, the drug inspector/district ayurvedic and unani officer in Haridwar filed a criminal complaint with the Chief Judicial Magistrate against Baba Ramdev, Acharya Balkrishna, Divya Pharmacy, and Patanjali Ayurved Limited under sections 3, 4, and 7 of the DMR Act.

The court stated that it would review the case in light of all previous developments. "We haven't decided whether to forgive you. You have violated (directives) thrice.
