Digital India: Citizens can now download valid land records from their home in 19 States

India's land system is now largely digital: 19 states allow downloading legally valid RoR records online. Banks in 406 districts verify mortgages instantly. 97% rural records digitised, ULPIN issued for 36 crore plots, plus urban NAKSHA mapping for transparent deals.
