Coming as a setback for the Congress leader, the Karnataka HC dismissed the petition filed by DK Shivakumar seeking quashing of the CBI's disproportionate assets case against him

The court observation states that the petitioner appeared to have tampered with source code, which would amount to infringement. Copyright of complainant is taken for granted and therefore prima facie all this requires investigation.
