Delhi CM Atishi violates code of conduct, obstructs public servants on duty, FIR registered

On Tuesday, February 4, Delhi Police registered an FIR against Chief Minister, and candidate from Kalkaji constituency for the upcoming polls, Atishi. The FIR against her has been registered for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and obstructing public servants on duty.

The FIR was registered after the Delhi CM was allegedly found campaigning even though as per code of conduct, the deadline for campaigning has passed ahead of the February 5 elections. As per Code of Conduct guidelines, Police asked them to vacate the area, but they obstructed an officer from doing his duties.
