23-year-old Tushar Kumar Bisht scammed over 700 women on Dating apps in India. He posed as a US Model on a trip to India to trap these women. Tushar was arrested from the Shakarpur area of East Delhi on Friday, January 3.
He was working as a recruiter during the day at a Noida firm, while at night, he used to log in to thee dating apps to trap women, whom he subsequently scammed and blackmailed.
Tushar created IDs on dating app Bumble and social media app Snapchat, and procured a fake international number through an app. He created a fake persona using photos and stories stolen from an actual Brazilian model. His target women were between the age of 18 to 30.
