Sexual Assault

Ebrahim Pandor and Amjad Hussain have been jailed for crimes perpetrated against a single female victim in Kirklees between 2004 and 2012.

The accused persons have been booked by the police under sections 137(2), 87, 123, 64(2), 351(2), 49, 74, 75, 78, and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyay Samhita, 2023 and 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.

The court examined all the pieces of evidence that exposed the Imam of having sexually abused a minor child. The accused also had threatened the victim of death.

Maulvi Imam Khan in Madhya Pradesh's Narsinghpur is accused of sexually assaulting a minor girl for over one and a half years.

The accused's father told the underage love jihad victim that she would have to change her religion and become a Muslim.

The accused has been arrested under sections 63, 69, 329(4), and 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Samhita, 2023.

A Kerala Court awarded 101 years of jail and life imprisonment to Muhammed H for sexually assaulting his minor daughter for 6 years.

The convicted Madrassa teacher, Abdur Rahiman (51) was sentenced in Cheruparambi in southern Kuttur. The Tirur Police had registered a case against Abdur Rahiman on charges of sexually assaulting a student in a classroom in the Tirur area in April and May 2016. 

In the Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh, an accused named Asif raped a girl, who is his cousin by relation and recorded her obscene videos.

Nasirullah has been booked under the Prevention of Child Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The cops have now launched a search operation to nab Nasirullah.
