Massive outrage has erupted once again in Trinagar, Delhi.
A 15-year-old minor Hindu girl child was allegedly lured by 34-year-old married Muslim Arbaaz from Darbhanga posing as "Saurabh Rider" dance… pic.twitter.com/mNK1FN3wDy
According to the girl’s family, the man, identified as Arbaaz from Darbhanga, hid his real identity as a Muslim and introduced himself to the girl as “Saurabh Rider”, who is already married and a father of two children. Arbaaz works as a dance trainer who teaches in schools. He had recently visited the girls’ school about a week ago, where he first came in contact with her and later influenced her.
Family members say the girl was taken from Bihar to Delhi after being manipulated over time. They believe she was misled about the man’s identity and personal life, and are calling it a planned trap. The situation escalated when both the girl and the man were brought to the Trinagar police station.
The family has claimed that Additional SHO Javed Yunus is not allowing them to meet the minor for several hours while keeping her inside the station. They said that instead of separating the two, the police kept the girl and the man together, which they fear could further influence her. According to them, repeated requests to meet the girl were denied.
A crowd gathered outside the police station, demanding immediate action. Many people present there said that since the girl is a minor and the man is much older and already married, strict steps should be taken. They also questioned why the two were kept together inside the station and claimed that this could affect the girl’s state of mind.
As of now, the matter has triggered strong reactions in the area, with the family continuing to demand access to the girl and proper legal action in the case. Police have not yet publicly responded in detail to these accusations.
