Punjabi actress Love Gill and social media influencer Rhiya Ahir, who gained attention after going viral during the CJP protest in Mumbai, are competing for a spot in the Bigg Boss 20 house. A new JioHotstar promo showed the two appearing on stage with host Salman Khan ahead of the show’s grand premiere.
The makers have brought back the ‘Fans Ka Faisla’ twist, giving viewers the power to decide which of the two contenders gets the chance to enter the reality show. Salman introduced Love and Rhiya on stage and also touched upon their ongoing online disagreement, which soon turned into a heated exchange between the two.

During the promo, Rhiya brought up Love’s earlier comment about her protest. Rhiya told Love, “Aapne ek cheez boli thi agar bus rokne ka itna dum rakhte ho to… Bus nahi, wo van thi.”

Love did not hold back and replied, “Agar wo driver na rokte to shayad ye aaj yaha nahi hoti.”
Rhiya then responded, “Meri life ka purpose wahi fulfil ho jata hai.” Love hit back with a sarcastic remark, saying, “I think phir aapka kaam bahar hi hai, yaha par saare apne haq ke liye khud lad sakte hain.”
The exchange quickly caught the attention of viewers, with the promo receiving mixed reactions on social media. While some users supported Love, others backed Rhiya. One user even tagged Colours TV and wrote, “In dono ko le lo.”
Fans to decide who enters the house
Under ‘Fans Ka Faisla’, viewers were asked to choose between Love Gill and Rhiya Ahir. The contender receiving the highest number of votes would get the opportunity to enter the Bigg Boss 20 house.
The twist has added another layer of excitement to the show’s premiere, as both contenders already have a following on social media. The makers have presented the contest as a decision that rests with the audience.
Lovepreet Kaur Gill, popularly known as Love Gill, is a Punjabi actress and model. She has worked in music videos, films and television. She made her television debut with Tu Patang Main Dor and has also appeared in Punjabi films such as Kuriyan Jawan Bapu Pareshaan, Haterz and Kulche Chole.
Rhiya Ahir, meanwhile, is a model, and she came into the spotlight after a video showing her confronting a Mumbai Police van during a student protest went viral on social media.
