After the video went viral, Mumbai Police said a case would be registered, and strict action would be taken against those behind the inhumane act. The video has attracted widespread condemnation from everyone. An appeal has been issued to witnesses to come forward and help police in the identification of the perpetrator.
In another viral video, the bus driver More has also been caught on CCTV camera collecting backpacks from the bus cabin before jumping out of a broken window after the accident.
