Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma was apparently left fuming after opening batsman Yashavi Jaiswal was late for their departure from Adelaide, according to a Sports Tak report. The team was leaving for Brisbane for the 3rd Test at the Gabba from Adelaide when the young Indian opener got late.
Jaiswal failed to arrive at the hotel lobby in time, leaving captain Rohit Sharma angry. Subsequently, the team bus left without the Indian opener. He later took a cab to reach the airport to join his teammates.
India is currently in the middle of the Border Gavaskar Trophy in Australia with the series level 1-1 after the first 2 Tests. India has won the series during their last 2 tours of Australia, and the Australian team hasn’t won the series since 2014-15.
