‘Your leaders won’t be able to step out on the streets after we come to power’: Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera threatens violence against BJP

On Thursday (25th June), Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera threatened BJP leaders with violence after his party comes to power.

While speaking to the media, he claimed, “Let our government come to power. When we recount these 12–15 years of ‘Emergency’, BJP leaders will not be able to step out on the streets. They will need security to go out.”

Pawan Khera then went on to make doomsday claims about India and the state of its governance.

“You can see how the media is being choked, institutions are being hijacked, the Election Commission is being kept in the pocket, the ED and the CBI are being trampled upon,” he brazened out.

The Congress spokesperson continued with his hysteria, “These interjections are making a mockery of our democracy. This will be recorded in history.”
