The NIA said in its press release, "The accused Shamil Saquib Nachan was found involved in the fabrication, training and testing of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) for the commission of terrorist acts. He had been working in collaboration with five other accused."

Notably, the Mohali raid was at the house of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) terrorist Paramjit Singh Pamma located in Phase 3B2. At Pamma's house, NIA reached at 6 AM and remained there till 10:30 AM. They questioned his parents during the raid.

The NIA attached three properties owned by members of Organised Crime Syndicates in Haryana and Delhi on Tuesday.
