As per reports, Kejriwal is restricted from visiting the CM's office or signing any files, except where his signature is necessary for obtaining approval from the LG of Delhi.
In a major order, the Supreme Court today (10th May) upheld the Allahabad High Court’s Order to demolish illegal settlements in Akbar Nagar in Lucknow.
Saying that granting bail to Arvind Kejriwal will be discriminatory in nature, Enforcement Directorate said that no politician could be arrested and kept in judicial custody if they are granted interim bail for poll campaigning.
