3 days after it came to light that Muslim employees at TCS were sexually harassing and forcefully converting Hindu women to Islam, the company has finally issued a tepid statement filled with PR buzzwords.
While shrewdly avoiding mention of the Jihadi nexus that targeted the Hindu employees, TCS stated, “TCS has a long-standing zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and coercion of any form. We have always ensured the highest standards of safety and well-being of our employees at the workplace.”
The company tried to absolve itself of any wrongdoing and distance itself from the controversy by claiming that they have swiftly suspended the accused Muslim employees.

“As soon as we were made aware of the matter in Nashik, we took swift action. The employees being investigated have been suspended pending an enquiry. We are cooperating with the local law enforcement authorities, and any further action will be based on the conclusion of this investigation,” TCS claimed.
For the unversed, a massive sexual harassment and conversion racket was underway for 4 years at the BPO unit of the Tata Consultancy Services at Nashik. 6 Muslim employees, who worked as team leaders, namely, Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, and Danish Sheikh, were arrested in connection to the case. The Hindu women were force-fed beef, made to offer Namaz and converted to Islam. It has come to light that the HR manager (who is a Muslim) told the victims to stay ‘calm’ and gaslighted them into believing that it was normal practice in multi-national companies.
