A year after India destroyed terror and military establishments deep inside Pakistan during Operation Sindoor, the hostile neighbour is still busy boasting of a victory it never had. Serving the infamous Lahori Churan of lies, Pakistan has now claimed that it engaged and destroyed two airbases in Rajouri and Mamun. In reality, however, no such airbases ever existed.
In a video viral on social media, a Pakistani military official says, “They were assigned two targets, Rajouri airbase and Mamun airbases.” He said that under Pakistan’s Operation Bunyan Ul Marsoos, Pakistan targeted and engaged both the airbases.

Notably, Rajouri is a town in Jammu and Kashmir, lying along the India-Pakistan border. Mamun is situated in Punjab’s Pathankot district in the vicinity of the India-Pakistan border. However, the fact is that neither of these locations has an airbase.
Rajouri has a civilian airport, but there is no air force base there. Mamun has an Indian Army base, and the place is not very far from Pathankot Airport, where an air force station is also located.
The defeated Pakistani Armed Forces have been running propaganda on social media and through their journalists in foreign media to push a narrative that somehow they were victorious in the May 2025 conflict. However, Pakistan’s own lies and accidental admissions offer confirmation of India’s victory.
It must be recalled that in May last year, Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif gifted a 2019 Chinese drill image as a memento for Operation Bunyan un Marsoos.
During the conflict, state-backed Pakistani media outlets had used video game clips and old war documentaries, falsely labelling them as real-time visuals from Pakistani military actions against India.
