A case of Love Jihad has come to light in the Khera district of Gujarat, where a minor Hindu girl, lured into a love trap by a Muslim man, was sexually exploited by multiple Muslim men over three years. An FIR was registered by the police in connection with the case, and eight of the accused were arrested, while one is on the run.
As per reports, the minor victim was lured into a romantic relationship by a Muslim man named Parvez Pathan. Parvez engaged in sexual relations with the minor and captured her obscene photos and videos. He blackmailed her using the photos and videos and shared them with his Muslims friends.
Pathan and his friends started threatening the victim that they would circulate the photos and videos if she did not give in to their demands. The victim was repeatedly sexually exploited by Pathan and his friends between 2023 and Ramadan 2025. The case came to light after the victim narrated everything to her family.
A case was registered by the police under the POCSO Act. A medical examination of the victim was conducted. The police said that the case appears to be part of a well-planned conspiracy, and an investigation into the case is underway.
