Muslims, leftists peddle conspiracy theories and blast Sonam Wangchuk after he ends hunger strike

On 23rd July (Thursday), Sonam Wangchuk broke his 26-day-long hunger strike in the presence of Union Ministers JP Nadda and Dr Jitendra Singh. Prominent figures from Apex Body of Leh Ladakh also joined them.

“Earlier, 65 members of parliament from different political parties had visited or signed letters urging me to break the fast. This was done after long negotiations on various conditions and in view of possible violence in the country,” he stated on social media, asking the protesters to “stay very vigilant about not allowing violence of any kind anywhere.”

The centre and MPs from every political party reportedly promised him that accountability for the lapses in the examination system would be debated in parliament. “The government also gave assurance that families of suicide victims in the recent NEET examination paper leak will be given adequate compensation and that there will be no cases registered against the peacefully protesting students and youths,” another post read.

However, the development seems to have angered the Islamo-leftist cabal, which initiated attacks against him immediately upon learning of it.

An X user claimed that Wangchuk was “planted” to divert attention from the theft at Ram Mandir and the controversy surrounding ethanol-blended petrol. However, the situation has now escalated beyond his control, and Gen Z wants the resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, regardless of whether he supports them or not.

A user inquired why Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the Cockroach Janta Party, was not included in the post and whether Wangchuk had shifted his alliance, potentially deceiving them all this time.

A person emphasised the true intention behind the agitation, which is to remove the Modi government through undemocratic methods and force. Zahid Javali pointed out that the objective is much larger than the leaders such as Wangchuk and Dipke. He then tried to present the nefarious goals as a protest by the people “because the dictatorial regime” has “failed on every front and lacks the right people to fix the system.”

Salahuddin Ayyub remarked that Wangchuk had “compromised” with the central government and disregarded the movement’s demands. He also characterised the democratically elected Modi government as a “regime.”

A supporter of Congress similarly labelled Wangchuk as “compromised” and charged that he has betrayed Gen Z, serving as further evidence that no one can be trusted against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) while hailing Rahul Gandhi as the only viable alternative.

Another individual derided Wangchuck and told him to join the saffron party and turn into a “Hindu rakshak, deshbhakt and rashtrawadi,” as if expressing love for Hinduism or India is worthy of disdain and ridicule. This serves as a glaring illustration of the animosity this group harbours towards the Hindu faith and India.

Meanwhile, Alt News co-founder Pratik Sinha declared Sonam Wangchuk useless, and said, “Time for him to go home, eat well and recuperate, he’s not needed anymore.”

Sonam Wangchuk commenced his hunger strike on the 28th June at Jantar Mantar. He participated in the CJP protest, which was initiated to advocate for reforms in the education system and to call for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan after the NEET paper leak. However, the demonstration was shortly exposed as a violent movement which even targeted the authorities, aimed at instigating regime change in India, using alleged students as scapegoats.
