Recently, a video had gone viral where some men were seen beating, and harassing a young boy, forcing him to lick spit. As per reports, the incident is from Muzaffarpur, Bihar where the mother of the victim has filed an FIR against the accused persons.
The victim is a minor boy who was attacked near the MSKB college by 3 accused persons and their associates. As per the complaint, the victim Nabi was beaten with a belt, sticks and was kicked repeatedly by the accused men. The victim was forced to lick spit and do sit-ups by the accused persons.
The incident is from 16 November when the victim had stepped outside for some work. Accused Saif, Imran, Mehfooz and 5 of their associates encircled him and started assaulting him, as per the mother’s complaint. The complaint mentions that the accused had also threatened the victim that they would kill him within 15 days.
Though people had gathered to witness the assault, none of the bystanders had tried to help the victim.
