The Bangladeshi nationals were identified as Mohammad Bellal, Mohammad Yeasin), Emon Hossen, Mohammad Ghiyas Uddin, Mohammad Rubel Hossain, Nasruddin, and Tanvir Hasan.

Following the attack by illegal Bangladeshis, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal rushed to the spot.
