The complaint has been filed by a member of one 'Swabhiman Sanghatana'. The Secretary of the group noticed a huge flex put up by the Moinuddin Chishti Committee in the Padwal Nagar, Thane West area.

The complainant identified as Anil Pardeshi stated that the accused persons in an inebriated state arrived in his residential locality late at around 11 pm and attacked his uncle, Ajay, and his younger cousin accompanying him.
