The BKI operative Landa and his associates are wanted in an NIA case pertaining to terrorist activities that are aimed at "disturbing India's peace and communal harmony and spreading terror in Punjab."
"On March 18, slogan-shouting Khalistani supporters had broken through the makeshift security barriers raised by the city police and put up two so-called Khalistani flags in the Consultate premises, damaged the consulate building, assaulted and caused injuries to the consulate officials", the NIA statement read.
Interestingly, Sukha's name was on the list of wanted criminals shared by NIA on September 20. The names included criminals engaged in terror-gangster acts against India.
