Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today won the confidence motion unanimously. Chouhan had last evening swore in as the Chief Minister for the fourth time in presence of MP Governor.
While the Constitution was being framed and discussed upon, Sardar Patel sought to make it explicit that 'special powers' endowed upon the Governor would not create dissonance between him and the ministry. He stressed that there would be no 'invasion of the field of ministerial responsibility'.
