Punjab Police busted a Khalistani terrorist recruitment, funding, and helping module by capturing Germany-based operative Prabhpreet Singh Sidhu at Delhi's IGI Airport

The accused Hamid Sayyed, has been booked under sections 376(3)(rape), 342, 354, 354A, 354D, 323, 504, 506, and 507 of the IPC, besides relevant sections of the POCSO and SC/ST Act

As per the complainant, Jagdish Kudale, Rafiq wanted him and his family to leave the area so that he could house other people from his community in the locality. "The accused and his family time and again used to harass my family. Rafiq used to tease women from our house and look at them often making them feel uncomfortable," he said.

One of the faculty members confirmed to OpIndia that the incident happened within the college premises and the authorities including the college principal failed to take any action against the students for offering Namaz in the college without permission.

The accused used the photograph of the Hindu saint 'Guru Swami Samarth' and replaced his face with that of PM Modi. He insulted Lord Swami Samarth and also called PM Modi an annihilator.

Jaising indicated that no citizenship should be granted under the law as that will affect the minority communities. On asking how would providing citizenship under the law affect minority communities in India, Jaising said, "Because they (Hindus arriving from nearby Islamic countries) will get voting rights..that is how it will affect them (Muslims)."
