The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) appears to have drawn inspiration from the strategies employed by the anti-Hindu Delhi riot accused, who carried out their violent agenda under the guise of protests against the CAA.
“I urge all those who are coming to the airport and Jantar Mantar for protests on 6th June, to be aware that if Abhijeet Dipke is stopped by immigration, a ruckus will certainly ensue at the airport (by us). We will only wait until we receive permission. But please bring pepper spray, sticks and rods for self-defense, as we might need to use them if the police take any action such as a lathi charge or use water cannons. A decision will be made this time, as we have endured enough. We will turn India into Nepal,” a CJP supporter named Harshit declared.

Notably, CJP’s founder, Abhijeet Dipke who currently resides in the US and studies at Boston University has admitted that he did not take permission for the 6th of June protest at Jantar Mantar. Interestingly, he has been a long-time supporter of Umar Khalid, who is among the prime accused in the anti-Hindu Delhi riots. Likewise, Saurav Das, named as chief spokesperson of CJP is known for his vocal support for Umar Khalid and his description of the Babri Masjid demolition as a “BJP crime.”
It is noteworthy that the unrest in Delhi that unfolded in 2020 was preceded by widespread demonstrations against the implementation of the CAA. However, it was revealed that the bloodshed was not abrupt but rather a meticulously pre-planned conspiracy orchestrated by Khalid and his Islamo-leftist group. His bail has been denied by the Supreme Court for this very reason.
The Delhi Police outlined that the sequence of events clearly showed how everything was planned, organised, and well thought of. The women and children from Jahangir Puri to Jafrabad via Shaheen Bagh. The date was intentionally chosen when Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, was to come to Delhi.
CJP seems to be making efforts to replicate the turmoil in the national capital. This is additionally corroborated by the reference to Nepal, which also faced violent protests last year.
