A former Cockroach Janta Part protestor and a close aide of Abhijit Dipke has now confirmed what critics alleged all along – that the CJP is a B-team of the Aam Admi Party (AAP) and that there is nothing organic about this protest, which has since turned violent. The statement of one Veeru Bhai, who was involved in the CJP protest since the beginning, has now said that he is disillusioned with Abhijit Dipke and the other leaders because the protest has been completely taken over by AAP.
Veeru said that he had been involved in the protest for more than a month, and now, he was distancing himself from because he was not happy with the way the protest was being led.

Speaking to Times Now Navbharat, Veeru said that he left his Bihar home over a month ago to join the protest. His family repeatedly told him not to get involved since the CJP was “only doing drama”, but he persisted because he was hopeful that the CJP was protesting to change the education system. But they are the B-Team of the Aam Admi Party.
He said he realised only day before yesterday that they were the lackeys of AAP. “I had thought that Arvind Kejriwal is coming here, Sisodia and Sanjay Singh too to support the CJP. But they were here to only play politics”. He asked several pertinent questions of the AAP as well. He said, “If they called 1 lac protestors, why were they not here leading those protests, where were they?”
He also questioned Abhjit Dipke while questioning why he was hiding in a truck while students were getting violence and subsequently, getting beated up by the police.
Shaheen Bagh redux: How women were pushed to the front by Abhijit Dipke, CJP violence his fault
Veeru Bhai said that Abhijit Dipke had purposely pushed women to the front during the Parliament March of 20th July. When asked why would Dipke push women to the front, Veeru revealed he did so because he did not want to get detained. He also said that the violence which ensued on the 20th of July was wholly the fault of Abhijit Dipke. Veeru says that before the Parliament March, the police was categorical about the denial of permission for the march. The police had also urged the protesters to stay in Jantar Mantar itself. At the time, Veeru says, it was th responsibility of the organisers, particularly Abhijit Dipke to tell the mob that they would conduct the Parliament March after obtaning required permissions.
Veeru said that Abhijit Dipke instigated the crowed to continue the Parliament March, keeping women on the frontline, believing that since its a mob, they would somehow get past the police and if the police takes action, it would be against the mob and not him. Dipke himself hid in the truck and did not lead from the front while the CJP mob was the one getting beaten by the police.
“All the organisers had run away, including Abhijit Dipke. Vijeta Dahiya was roaming around in the metro. They have so many spokespersons but none of them where there during the Parliament March. What does this mean? Veeru asked”.
“This is a washing machine, not a protest”, Veeru says. “Only AAP leaders came here to meet Abhijit Dipke. If this was organic, why did other leaders not come here? This was a protest made to clean up the image of AAP”.
Veeru ended his statement saying his had no faith in Abhijit Dipke anymore and was going back home to Bhihar.
It is pertinent to note here that Veeru made the stunning revelations that women were pushed to the frontline by Abhijit Dipke to serve a specific purpose – save himself from police action and ensure that the police pauses before taking action against the women even if the mob indulges in violence.
During the 2020 Delhi Violence, the same playbook was deployed by Umar Khalid, Sharjeel Imam and other conspirators. At the Shaheen Bagh sit-in protest, women and children were used as shields and the face of the protest since keeping women at the forfront would make it difficult for the police to take punitive action against the mob. Further, the spark of the violence was also lit by women. On the 22nd of February 2020, group of over 500 Muslim women gathered near the Jafrabad Metro Station and blocked road No. 66, which connects Seelampur to Maujpur and Yamuna Vihar. In the chargesheets, it is specifically mentioned that Pinjda Tod members like Natasha Narwal and Devangana Kalita had asked the women to carry chilli power, stones, acid pouches to attack the security forces.
Women were used as shields during the Delhi anti-Hindu riots because of two reasons – first that women being the forefront makes it difficult for the police force to take action against the mob. Second, that if they do take action, it becomes easier to create the narrative that the police was using “force” against helpless women.
Veeru’s revelations makes it apparent that the CJP protest was only a redux of the Shaheen Bagh and Delhi anti-Hindi Riots model.
