A shocking case has come to light from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, where a Hindu woman identified as Kajalben Baraiya was beaten to death at Bhavnagar’s main ST bus stand. The accused, identified as Faizal alias Khatki, was captured on CCTV repeatedly attacking Kajalben with a stick at the crowded bus stand.

The incident took place on 3rd September afternoon, when the bus stand was packed with passengers and other people. The CCTV footage shows Faizal attacking Kajalben several times during the assault. The footage has since surfaced and is being examined by the police as part of the murder investigation.
Kajalben rushed to hospital after attack
Kajalben suffered very serious injuries in the assault. She was taken to Sir T. Hospital in a 108 ambulance for treatment. However, she later died during the treatment.

Live-in relationship turned into frequent disputes
According to preliminary information, Kajalben and Faizal had been living together in a live-in relationship for some time. The two reportedly had frequent arguments and disputes.
Police are also looking into a recent incident involving Faizal. He had reportedly been released from jail after being arrested in a physical assault case. Kajalben had reportedly helped him arrange bail.
After his release, Faizal reportedly began suspecting Kajalben of having a relationship with his friend Ravi. Police are investigating whether this suspicion and the disputes between the two led to the fatal confrontation at the bus stand.
Police begin investigation into murder
Following the woman’s death, police have registered a murder case against Faizal. Investigators are studying the CCTV footage and collecting other evidence to establish the sequence of events.
