Islamists troll actor Jahnvi Kapoor after Dhruv Rathee targeted her over her post on the lynching of Hindu man in Bangladesh

On 24th December 26, 2025, Bollywood actress Jahnvi Kapoor posted an Instagram story condemning the horrific lynching of a Hindu man, Dipu Chandra Das, by a Muslim mob in Bangladesh. In a strongly worded story, Kapoor described the killing in Bangladesh as “barbaric”. However, Jahnvi Kapoor’s comments rattled the Islamo-leftists. Hours after Kapoor’s Instagram story went viral, propagandist Dhruv Rathee targeted the actress.

In her Instagram story, Jahnvi Kapoor urged people to confront communal violence and extremism without selective outrage.

Referring to the public lynching of Dipu Chandra Das, she emphasised that such incidents were not isolated and warned against moral hypocrisy that ignores violence against “our own brothers and sisters” while amplifying causes elsewhere in the world.

Kapoor’s statement came amid growing outrage over the brutal killing of Dipu Chandra Das, a Hindu man who was beaten to death by an Islamist mob in Mymensingh’s Bhaluka Upazila of Bangladesh on the night of 18th December.

According to reports, the mob accused Das of blasphemy, assaulted him mercilessly, leading to his death, tied his body to a tree and later set it on fire. Videos of the incident, which went viral on social media, captured the mob chanting Islamic slogans while recording the murder on their mobile phones.

Within hours of Janhvi Kapoor’s post drawing attention to the lynching, Dhruv Rathee shared an Instagram story promoting a YouTube video titled “Dark Side of Beauty,” featuring Kapoor’s image prominently in the thumbnail.

The timing of Rathee’s story sparked speculations with several users accusing Dhruv Rathee of attempting to divert attention from Jahnvi Kapoor’s condemnation of Islamist violence against Hindus by circulating unrelated content targeting her.

One X user wrote, “Janhvi Kapoor posted in support of Bangladeshi Hindus and immediately macrohard Dhruv Rathee started attacking her. I’m pretty sure he’s a katwa disguised as a Hindu.”

Another one wrote, “Janhvi Kapoor posted in support of Bangladeshi Hindus. German YouTuber Dhruv Rathee started attacking her. It’s not a secret anymore that he works for jihadists. He’s not even trying to hide it anymore…and his followers are also jihadis.”

One X user wrote, “Janhvi Kapoor calls out the slaughter and crimes against Hindus in Bangladesh hours later Dhruv Rathee made a video targeting Janhvi, this signs are enough to prove nationality?”

Similarly, another user wrote, “Jahnavi Kapoor just posted a story on Bangladeshi Hindus issue and this Macrohard German Shepherd @dhruv_rathee was quick to dehumanise her just to appease his Abdul fan base.”

Meanwhile, BJP leader Radhika Khera also posted in support of Janhvi Kapoor, as she wrote, “Jhanvi Kapoor’s two words about Bangladeshi Hindus stung Dhruv Rathee like a thorn, and he made a cheap, offensive video of Janhvi’s photo. Congress uses this Dhruv Rathee’s videos in its campaign. Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi like those who demean women and hate Hindus.”

Like Radhika, several prominent users shared screenshots of the video’s thumbnail on social media. Ultimately, to deflect criticism, Dhruv Rathee changed his thumbnail. The video now features an old and current photo of Tiger Shroff. However, people are criticising Dhruv for his habit of spreading propaganda. Apparently, Dhruv Rathee unleashed his Islamo-leftist social media supporters to troll Jahnvi Kapoor and then quietly replaced her pictures from the said video’s thumbnail with those of Tiger Shroff.

Several Muslim social media users targeted Jahnvi Kapoor for speaking up for the Bangladeshi Hindus, by indulging in usual ‘where were you when Muslims were attacked’ arguments.

One Razlin Newaz wrote, “Where was this outrage and courage when Muslims in India were subjected to lynching almost daily in India?”

Similarly, when a user posted in support of Jhanvi, one Abdullah commented, “Nah she just cracked the code how to get andhbhakts on her side.”

One X user Mohammad Furkanuddin wrote, “Why were you silent when Muslims were lynched in India? You are shouting loudly when it comes to people of your own religion.”

The brutal lynching of Bangladeshi Hindu man Dipu Chandra Das by a Muslim mob has outraged humanity. The Islamist-intolerance-driven crime is so horrific that even otherwise silent and selectively outspoken Bollywood celebrities are condemning it. However, the Islamo leftist cabal continues to play the monkey balancing and whataboutery game. Janhvi Kapoor stood up for humanity and condemned the brutal killings in Bangladesh, but instead of supporting the truth, she was targeted. This targeting was further fuelled by the likes of Dhruv Rathee.

It should be noted that earlier, Janhvi Kapoor had also praised the film Dhurandhar, while Dhruv Rathee had tried to spread poison regarding this film and appease Muslims. He had tried to whitewash Islamist crimes.
