The opposition has staged persistent protests, alleging irregularities in the SIR process and demanding the removal of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. However, it soon emerged that the primary intention was to remove the democratically elected Modi government, which it has been repeatedly unable to do on the political battlefield. Now, a sting operation by Times Now Navbharat has brought to light a dangerous plan to replicate the violent protests witnessed in Bangladesh and Nepal to fulfil the ultimate objective.
Conversations captured on hidden cameras have revealed the aim behind this so-called pro-democracy movement and the strategies underway to achieve the same. Safwan Kudakkan, Delhi University president of the Muslim Students Federation (MSF), told an undercover reporter that a situation similar to those witnessed in Nepal and Bangladesh could certainly unfold, insisting that “nothing could remain secure indefinitely.”
“I believe that if a day like 20th July were to recur, events could take place along the lines of what happened in Nepal,” he stated. It was the day when the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) undertook its unauthorised “Sansad Chalo March,” which was marked by severe unrest and left hundreds of police personnel injured. When asked whether they were prepared for a Nepal or Bangladesh-like scenario, Kudakkan declared that “something has to be done.”
Maulana Siraj Khan, Mumbai chief of Jamiat-Ulema-e-Hind, expressed that people would take to the streets as they had in Nepal when questioned about Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) leader Sanjay Raut’s remarks predicting Nepal-style mayhem in India. He claimed that the looting would be carried out by non-Muslims and announced that the government would be unable to contain Muslim anger once they start the protests.
He added that the purported harmony between Muslims and Hindus would also collapse, threatening that his co-religionists would bring the country to its knees. He also pressed the reporter to forward his message of staying away from matters concerning Islam.

Bhim, convenor of the Krantikari Yuva Sangathan (KYS), exposed the already known, deep-rooted links between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and CJP. He was queried about the sudden appearance of amenities such as fans, coolers and other facilities at the protest sites, when only mats and tents were visible before 20th July and the source of funding for these arrangements.
He revealed that approximately five lakh rupees were being spent daily, adding, “It was clear from the beginning. Most of them were AAP supporters, people connected to the party. But who travels with bouncers? Someone who supposedly has nothing is moving around with bouncers,” disclosing that CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke had bouncers with him.
KYS national spokesperson Mudita likewise hailed the regime changes in Bangladesh and Nepal as “revolutionary,” remarking, “We also believe that we must build a similar movement here as well.”
Notably, the likes of Neha Bora and Prashant Bhushan have already stated that the actual motive behind the ongoing protests is to replace the government. Bora even mentioned that she was inspired by the demonstrations in Bangladesh, but later argued that her video had been doctored after facing severe backlash.
