Crimes Against Women

As per the local reports, the girl was gang raped by the 4 suspects identified by the family of the girl. They abducted her, gang-raped her, and then murdered her by inserting an iron rod in her private parts. The suspects also burned the face of the girl by pouring acid on it.

The accused has been arrested under sections 63, 69, 329(4), and 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Samhita, 2023.

Some graphic videos of the incident have surfaced on social media in which some hotel staffers could be heard saying that the boy hanged the girl after killing her.
