On Saturday, August 5, the nephew of Congress MLA Babubal Bairwa from Rajasthan’s Kathumar was arrested for allegedly raping a woman

The girl had gone missing after she had gone to graze goats in the nearby field. The next morning, her charred remains were found.

"7-8 pickup vans came from Rajasthan and some people came in from Rajasthan and Ferozepur Jhirkha (Haryana)," informed eye witness Irfan

The police suspect that the girl was gang-raped before being charred. Three locals who were apprehended there have been arrested and are currently being interrogated.

Rajasthan police arrived at the house of former Minister Rajendra Gudha to investigate an alleged POCSO Act case against him.

Gudha has claimed that in these pages Rathore, a close aide of the CM, has mentioned transactions with the CM's son and RCA secretary Bhavani Samota, among others.

As per a report published in Navbharat Times, the mob attacked the woman for being a BJP supporter.

The girl stated that when she began to drink from her water bottle, it smelled like urine. She reportedly also found a chit stating ‘I love you’ inserted in her school bag.

When the victim's parents questioned her, the girl said two persons, Sappi and Subhan (age not verified) had raped her and her sister for more than 18 months. A medical examination was done on her sister and she was also found pregnant.
