Germany: Hundreds of humans gather in Berlin dressed as dogs, here is who they are and what they want
The gathering of an estimated 1,000 persons was noticed in Berlin. Members of the group were dressed in canine masks and headpieces, and several appeared to be carrying flags, including one displaying a rainbow.
