Gurdaspur double murder: One arrested, another killed in encounter, police say that the accused were recruited by ISI

Punjab Police have killed one suspect and arrested another in the Gurdaspur border killings. Investigations reveal the youths were allegedly recruited by Pakistan’s ISI for money. One accused was shot during an encounter after escaping custody when a police vehicle overturned in dense fog.
