A shocking revelation has emerged regarding the Khatu Shyam Temple located in the Sikar district of Rajasthan. Following the arrest of six individuals from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, it has come to light that they were sending the temple’s location and images to Pakistan.
According to the police, an examination of the mobile phones of the accused, apprehended from the Kaushambi police station area, revealed that they were not only sharing the location, photos, and videos of the Khatu Shyam Temple but also of several other prominent temples across the country with contacts in Pakistan. Preliminary interrogation has further indicated that they were receiving online training, funding, and instructions from Pakistan.
In the wake of this disclosure, security agencies have gone on high alert. Strict surveillance through CCTV has been intensified in and around the temple compound, and additional arrangements are being made to ensure the safety of devotees. Teams from the Delhi Police Special Cell and the Intelligence Bureau were also involved in the operation.
The police have detained 29 suspects, along with the six accused, while two more individuals have been apprehended from Hapur. Investigations have also revealed that foreign elements were attempting to monitor religious sites and military installations.
