In the year 1699 on the day of Baisakhi, the tenth Guru of Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh had formed the Khalsa Panth of warriors to protect the people from religious persecution by Muslim rulers.
The attack on CRPF camp, Lethpora was executed to avenge the death of Noor Trali who was killed in an encounter with security forces in December 2017. Five CRPF were killed during the incident and three others were injured during the terrorist attack.
